Vetted Vendors Program
We all know that production expenses for goods and services from legitimate Louisiana vendors are eligible for earning state tax credits. But, who is a legitimate Louisiana vendor?
Producers want to know so they can make contracting decisions. Auditors want to know so they can determine Louisiana spending. And, the State wants to know so it can properly issue tax credits.
In order to protect the integrity of the tax credit program and to promote Louisiana businesses and crew, LFEA has created a Vetted Vendor list and database. The list is distributed to:
- Prroducers
- Independent Auditors
- State Officials

Only those businesses and people meeting rigorous standards and who are unquestionably legitimate Louisiana businesses and crewmembers will be eligible for the list.
